1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. References to "you" and "your" refer to the registered account holder accessing the tkfb platform. References to "we", "us", "our", and "tkfb" refer to the operator of the tkfb platform available at tkfb.app.

Where these Terms & Conditions reference any specific game, payment method, or promotional product by name, that reference applies to the service as made available on the tkfb platform at the time of the relevant transaction. tkfb reserves the right to update these definitions as the platform evolves, with prior notice provided to registered players via the contact email address on file.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Access to the tkfb platform and the ability to place real-money wagers is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that each of these conditions applies to you at the time of registration and continues to apply throughout the lifetime of your account.

• You are aged 18 years or older at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active.
• You are registering one account in your own name with accurate personal information. The provision of false, incomplete, or misleading registration details is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You do not currently hold, and have not previously held, another tkfb account that was suspended, closed for cause, or otherwise restricted. tkfb reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and withhold balances pending investigation.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person, entity, or organisation. tkfb accounts are strictly personal and may not be used as a vehicle for third-party wagering.
• You acknowledge that online gambling may be regulated in your jurisdiction and that it is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the tkfb platform complies with applicable local laws.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of tkfb or any of its affiliated game providers or technology partners.

During registration, tkfb collects your name, date of birth, contact details, and preferred payment method information. This information is used solely for account management, verification, and the facilitation of deposits and withdrawals. 3. Account Obligations and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tkfb account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time verification codes (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. tkfb will never contact you by any channel to request your password or OTP. Any request for such information should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to tkfb support immediately.

• You must select a strong, unique password for your tkfb account and must not reuse a password from any other online service. tkfb recommends a minimum of 12 characters combining uppercase, lowercase, numerals, and special characters.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person. Any action taken on your account using your credentials will be treated as an action taken by you, regardless of whether you authorised it.
• You must notify tkfb support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, any suspicious transaction, or any security event affecting your registered payment method.
• You must keep your registered contact information — including your mobile number and email address — accurate and up to date. Failure to maintain accurate contact details may result in delays to account verification and withdrawal processing.
• You must not access or attempt to access another player's account. Unauthorised access to any account on the tkfb platform constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may be reported to relevant authorities.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

tkfb supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of individual payment methods may vary based on your account status and the outcome of verification checks. tkfb reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment method support with reasonable notice to registered players.

Deposits. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your tkfb account within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Deposits made via bank transfer may take up to one business day to clear depending on the originating bank's processing schedule. tkfb does not charge a deposit fee, although your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method and account number used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect player funds. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification, and tkfb may request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–3 business hours once verification is complete.

• Funds deposited into your tkfb account must be used for betting and gaming purposes on the platform. tkfb is not a financial institution and your account balance does not accrue interest.
• tkfb reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of verification or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• If your account is closed — whether by you or by tkfb — any withdrawable balance remaining after deduction of outstanding obligations will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
• Currency conversion is not supported. All transactions on the tkfb platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Deposits made in a different currency via an international card will be converted by your card issuer before reaching tkfb.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

tkfb offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh sporting and cultural events. Every promotional offer is governed by its own specific set of terms, which are published alongside the offer on the tkfb platform. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms set out in this section and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Wagering requirements. All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The wagering requirement applicable to each offer is stated clearly in the relevant promotion terms and is expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x the bonus amount).
• Time limits. Bonus funds and their associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time window specified in the offer terms. Unused bonus funds that have expired will be removed from your account balance without notice.
• Game restrictions. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, progressive jackpot slots, and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The eligible game list for each offer is published with the promotion.
• One bonus per player. Each promotional offer is available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated. tkfb reserves the right to void bonuses where circumvention of this rule is detected.
• Bonus abuse. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through matched betting, arbitrage, or coordinated play is strictly prohibited. tkfb reserves the right to void affected wagers, reclaim bonus funds, and close the account of any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse.
• No cash alternative. Bonus offers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or withdrawn unless the applicable wagering requirement has been fulfilled in full.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the tkfb platform are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section and to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the relevant product page. By placing a bet or initiating a game round, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules.

• Finality of settled bets. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the tkfb system, it is binding. Bets may not be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where tkfb determines that an obvious pricing error (palpable error) has occurred, in which case tkfb reserves the right to void the affected wager at its sole discretion.
• Minimum and maximum stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to individual betting markets and game rounds as displayed at the time of placement. tkfb reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake limits at any time without prior notice where this is necessary to manage risk.
• Palpable errors. In the event that odds, game parameters, or other platform data are published in error — whether due to a technical fault, a data provider error, or human input — tkfb reserves the right to void the affected transactions. Winnings derived from palpable errors will not be paid.
• Connection and technical issues. tkfb is not liable for losses arising from internet connection failures, device malfunctions, or browser incompatibility issues that affect your ability to place, amend, or cash out a bet. It is your responsibility to maintain a stable connection when engaging in live betting or live casino play.
• Responsible use of in-play markets. In-play cricket and sports betting markets move quickly. By engaging with in-play markets, you accept the risk of odds moving between your bet request and the system confirmation. tkfb displays live odds as accurately as technically possible but cannot guarantee zero-latency pricing.
• RNG game integrity. All slot, table, and crash game outcomes on tkfb are determined by certified random number generators. tkfb does not intervene in game outcomes. If you believe a game outcome is incorrect, you may raise a dispute via the tkfb support channel within 30 days of the relevant game round.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tkfb platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one account on the tkfb platform, whether under your own name, an alias, or via a third party.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the account verification process.
• Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund your tkfb account. All chargebacks arising from the use of unauthorised payment methods will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known technical error are not withdrawable and will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker variants, or any other multi-player format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software tool to interact with the tkfb platform in place of or in addition to manual human play.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage, or any coordinated wagering strategy designed to circumvent bonus terms or to extract guaranteed profit from promotional offers.
• Attempting to launder money or use the tkfb platform as a vehicle for any financial crime, including but not limited to structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

tkfb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms & Conditions have been breached, where a player has requested closure under responsible gaming provisions, or where continued account operation presents a risk to the platform, other players, or the integrity of the games offered.

Player-initiated closure. You may request the closure of your tkfb account at any time by contacting the support team at the email address listed in the footer of this page. Before your account is closed, any outstanding withdrawable balance will be processed to your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.

Responsible gaming self-exclusion. If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, tkfb offers a dedicated self-exclusion pathway that can be activated directly from your account settings. Self-exclusion takes effect within minutes. During an active self-exclusion period, tkfb will not send promotional communications to the excluded account and will take reasonable technical steps to prevent re-registration. Platform-initiated suspension. Where tkfb suspends an account pending investigation, the account holder will be notified via their registered contact details. The investigation will be concluded within a reasonable timeframe, and the account holder will be informed of the outcome. Where the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms & Conditions, tkfb may permanently close the account and withhold any balance determined to be derived from prohibited conduct.

• Account closure requests submitted for responsible gaming reasons are processed on a priority basis and take effect within minutes of confirmation.
• A closed account may not be re-opened without tkfb's express written consent. Players who have self-excluded for responsible gaming reasons are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before re-opening can be considered.
• Inactive accounts — those with no login activity for 12 consecutive months — may be placed into a dormant status. tkfb will attempt to notify the account holder before applying dormancy fees as permitted under applicable platform policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tkfb excludes all liability for losses or damages of any nature arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: financial losses from wagering, loss of data, loss of profits, or any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage.

tkfb provides the platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranty — express or implied — that the platform will be available at all times, free from interruption, error, or security vulnerability. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows may affect platform availability. tkfb will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime via the platform home page where practicable.

• tkfb is not liable for losses arising from events outside its reasonable control, including payment provider outages, telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or government action affecting service availability.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits tkfb's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
• Where tkfb is found to be liable for any loss or damage, the maximum aggregate liability of tkfb to you in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your tkfb account in the 30 days preceding the incident.
• Gambling carries inherent financial risk. You accept that you may lose all funds deposited into your tkfb account and that tkfb bears no responsibility for losses arising from your wagering decisions, regardless of the circumstances.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which the tkfb platform operates. By registering an account, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute not settled through the complaints process described below.

Complaint resolution process. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the tkfb platform — including a disputed wager outcome, a withdrawal delay, or a bonus calculation — you should contact the tkfb support team in the first instance by sending a written description of your complaint to the support email address shown in the footer of this page. tkfb will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and will provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

Escalation. If you are not satisfied with tkfb's response to your complaint, you may request that the matter be escalated to a senior review panel within tkfb. The senior review panel will issue a final decision within 10 business days of escalation. tkfb's final decision on disputes related to game outcomes and bonus settlements is binding, subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

Amendments to these Terms. tkfb reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file not less than 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the tkfb platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you should close your account before the effective date.
